KYIV, Aug 22 – Skyrizon Aircraft, a Chinese private company, and Xinwei Technology Group in terms of seeking of over 50% of PJSC Motor Sich (Zaporizhia), undertook social and production obligations, including saving of jobs and salaries and ensuring orders on the proper for the plant level, a source in the government told Interfax-Ukraine.

He said it was stipulated by the agreement on cooperation between Ukraine's state concern Ukroboronprom, China's Skyrizon Aircraft and Xinwei Group as of April 27, 2018 and a new joint stock agreement as of June 19, 2019.
