KYIV, Aug 22 – The amendments into a resolution on public service obligations (PSO) introduced by the Cabinet of Ministers will help dropping electricity prices for non-domestic consumers by 10%-11% starting from September 1, presidential representative in the government Andriy Gerus said.
"Tariffs for all non-domestic consumers will be reduced by 21 kopecks/kWh that is 10%-11% less. Non-domestic consumers include schools, kindergartens, hospitals, military units, water utilities, cafes, hairdressing salons, small, medium and large plants. All of them the price will be lowered by 21 kopecks. In general, such decision will return nearly UAH 18 billion to economy," he wrote on Facebook.
