KYIV, Aug 7 – Interpipe Holdings Limited (Cyprus) is seeking to issue bonds for a nominal amount of up to $430 million with an interest rate of up to 10.25% per annum, the company reported.

The bond will have two tranches, including $150 million paper maturing by December 31, 2023, and $280 million paper maturing by December 31, 2024.
