KYIV, July 30 – Total wage arrears in Ukraine increased by 5.1% in June 2019, and as of July 1, 2019 amounted to UAH 2.858 billion, the State Statistics Service has reported.

According to its data, in June 2019 the amount of wage arrears at economically active enterprises increased by 10% and as of July 1, 2019 amounted to UAH 1.695 billion.

The decline in wage arrears in June 2019 were recorded in Lviv(by 47.7%), Zhytomyr (23.7%), Ternopil (6.4%), Khmelnytsky (1.5%), Rivne (1.1%), and Kyiv regions (1%).
