KYIV, May 20 – Ukrtransgaz has already signed agreements for the storage of natural gas with 23 foreign companies, within which around 360 million cubic meters (mcm) of gas are stored in the underground gas storage facilities (UGS), Ukrtransgaz director for strategy and business development Serhiy Makohon said on Facebook.

"After nearly two years of preparation, Ukrtransgaz in April began to actively offer non-residents gas storage services in Ukrainian UGS in a mode of "customs warehouse." Now storage agreements have been signed with 23 non-residents and there are about 360 million cubic meters of non-residents' gas in the customs warehouse. An excellent result for 1.5 months of active work," he wrote.
