KYIV, May 8 – Ukraine reduced imports of crude oil (HS Code: 2709) by 31.4%, or 93,718 tons, in January-April 2019 compared to the same period in 2018, to 204,622 tons.
Crude oil imports were estimated at $101.429 million, which was 35.1% less than in January-April 2018 ($156.302 million), Ukraine's State Fiscal Service said.
Crude oil from Azerbaijan was imported to the tune of $98.993 million (the share of total imports was 97.6%), shipments from Lithuania totaled $2.321 million (2.29%), and those from Hungary stood at $82,000 (0.08%), and other countries – $33,000 (0.03%).
