ISTANBUL, April 12 – Turkey's Turkcell Group, the parent company of Ukraine's lifecell mobile communications operator, seeks to start seeing profit from the Ukrainian company by 2020, Chairman of Turkcell's Board and Independent Board Member Ahmet Akca told Ukrainian reporters at a meeting in the central office of the company in Istanbul.
"We already have very good EBITDA [earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization, UAH 2.762 billion in 2018], and I hope that by 2020 lifecell will start to make profit," he said.
