KYIV. April 12 – Raiffeisen Bank Aval (Kyiv), having assessed the economy in the first quarter, has stated there are grounds for a likely reduction of its forecast for GDP growth in 2019 of 2.7%, without specifying the adjustment value.

"Even taking into account the emerging positive dynamics in the basic sectors, GDP growth in the first quarter of 2019 will be lower than our forecast, which will probably also require a review of the annual projection of this indicator downward," the bank's analytical report reads.
