KYIV, March 20 – Ukrzaliznytsia jointly with Kyiv city and district administrations is working on a project to upgrade the commuting traffic of the Kyiv hub, Ukrzaliznytsia Board Chairman Yevhen Kravtsov told reporters Wednesday.
"We have a project for a complete qualitative update of the commuting traffic of the Kyiv hub, as a pilot and most demanded for this service in the country. For this we need co-financing and financial resources from the local government. The project, compared to the development budgets of Kyiv and in particular, the entire region, is quite inexpensive. It will be only several billion hryvnias," the head of Ukrzaliznytsia said.
