KIEV, July 17 ??“ The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) will open a credit line worth $50 million for Aval Bank to support small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in Ukraine.

"The loan to Bank Aval is being provided under the EBRD's Ukraine SME Lending Framework, a $200 million facility for lending on to local banks for financing private sector micro, small and medium-size enterprises," the EBRD said.
