KYIV, March 1 – The tribunal at the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague has confirmed Russia's guilt in the loss of assets in Crimea by Naftogaz Ukrayiny, Naftogaz Head Andriy Kobolev has said.
"The decision is positive. We managed to prove to the tribunal the fact that the jurisdiction of this tribunal for investment protection applies to this case. Secondly, we managed to prove that Russia as a state is guilty in the loss of our assets and must be responsible for this, i.e. provide compensation to Naftogaz Ukrayiny," he said at a press conference in Kyiv.
