KYIV, Feb 26 – The interagency working group for reform of the State Fiscal Service has decided that the central administration and territorial departments of the future State Tax Service will be merged into one legal entity and the same will be done for the State Customs Service, a member of the interagency working group from the Union of Ukrainian Entrepreneurs (SUP), Andriy Yerashov, has said.

"On Friday and Monday [February 22 and February 25] we fully passed the provisions on tax and customs services. We found a consensus for almost all issues. According to the proposals, the new departments will be created as two single structures. That is, territorial offices and the central administration of each of the services will be united into one legal entity," Yerashov said told Interfax-Ukraine.
