KYIV, Feb 26 – A total of 102,200 tons of anthracite imported by Ukraine from Belarus in 2018 were not extracted on the non-government controlled areas in Donbas, UEnergy and Coal Industry Minister Ihor Nasalyk has said.

"This could be re-exporting from Russia. I can say that it is definitely not from non-government controlled areas in Donbas," he said on the sidelines of the Ukrainian Energy Forum in Kyiv organized by the Adam Smith Institute on Tuesday.
