KYIV, Feb 25 – Funds from the preferential customs clearance of cars in the amount of almost UAH 13.6 billion are on the accounts of the Pension Fund, President Petro Poroshenko said.

"Our team suggested that all the money from the cleared cars with European number plates should go to the Pension Fund. Then we were told that no more than a billion would be received... Today, as a result of the preferential customs clearance tool, almost [UAH] 13.6 billion was received, including almost [UAH] 6 billion under the program of old cars," Poroshenko said at a meeting in the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Kyiv on Monday.
