KYIV, Feb 19 – Ukraine and India are planning to expand defense cooperation, and one of the new promising directions of their partnership could be joint modernization of anti-aircraft weaponry in the interests of Indian Armed Forces.

According to the press service of the state-owned enterprise Spetstechnoexport, the Indian side voiced its interest in possible cooperation during the recent presentation of a new deeply modernized radar designed by a private Ukrainian defense company to foreign military attaches at one of the military grounds of Kyiv region.
