KYIV, Feb 19 – JSC closed non-diversified venture corporate investment fund Goldman has acquired 40.2% of shares in Gastransit earlier belonged to Russia's Gazprom, according to a report in the information disclosure system of the National Commission for Securities and the Stock Market of Ukraine.

According to trading information on the PFTS stock exchange, shares in Gastransit that were put up for sale at the end of January 2019 were sold for UAH 41.025 million, which is 2% more than the starting price (UAH 40.22 million).
