KYIV, Feb 19 – Ukraine is demonstrating poor progress in fulfilling out the Ukraine-EU Association Agreement because of insufficient organizational capabilities of the ministries and agencies, as well as the lack of political will, European Union's Ambassador to Ukraine and Head of the EU Delegation to Ukraine Hugues Mingarelli said.
According to the materials presented by the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration, distributed before the conference "Results of the Implementation of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU," the least progress was made in the following areas: education (13%), transport, transport infrastructure, postal and courier services (15%), state procurements (16%), environmental protection and civil protection (22%).
