KIEV, July 13 - Ukraine??™s national oil and gas company Naftogaz Ukrayiny plans to clear $381 million natural gas debt it owes to RosUkrEnergo for gas supplies by the end of August, Naftogaz chairman Oleksandr Bolkisev said Thursday.

Naftogaz also owes 1.03 billion hryvnias ($200 million) to UkrGaz-Energo, a 50-50 joint venture owned by RosUkrEnergo and Naftogaz, Bolkisev said.
