KYIV, Jan 30 - TAS Energy Countries gas company, which is part of Sergiy Tigipko's TAS Group, has carried out Ukraine's first export of gas to Europe in the framework of testing the readiness of the Ukrainian gas transportation system (GTS) and customs regimes for export operations, company director Maksym Dmytruk has told Interfax Ukraine.

"Today, we have successfully carried out the first test operation on exports to Slovakia. This is the first gas export in the entire history of Ukraine," he said.
