KYIV, Jan 24 – President Petro Poroshenko said Thursday that 238 new manufacturing companies were established in Ukraine since 2014 as his government had opened up the economy to foreign investors.

Poroshenko reacted to criticism from some investors that his administration has actually stalled economic reforms making it harder for the economy to grow.
