KYIV, Jan 14 – Ukraine's largest mining and metallurgical group Metinvest has concentrated 100% of the shares of PJSC Central Mining and Processing Plant (Central GOK, Dnipropetrovsk region), according to official information of the enterprise in the information system of the National Commission on Securities and the Stock Market.

At the same time, it is said that on December 31, 2018 the share of Metinvest B.V. in the charter capital of Central GOK increased from 49.751% to 50% and, taking into account the share belonging to Metinvest Management B.V. (both based in the Netherlands, registered at the same address) in the amount of 50%, Metinvest group owns a total of 100% of the company's shares.
