KYIV, Dec 17 – The European Union (EU) is providing a second tranche to support the Energy Efficiency Fund of Ukraine in the amount of EUR 54 million, the press service of the Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities Economy Ministry of Ukraine has reported.
"EU support is aimed at implementing programs within the Energy Efficiency Fund. This is the provision of non-negotiable grants for condominiums to implement energy efficiency measures, technical support for condominiums in preparing applications to the Fund. We also agreed on the help of our German partners in preparing energy auditors who will work in all regions Ukraine," the press service said, citing Deputy Prime Minister, Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities Economy Minister Hennadiy Zubko.
