Japan donates secure communication radio stations to Ukraine’s police force
Journal Staff Report

KYIV, Dec 14 - The Government of Japan has transferred radio stations with secure communication channels to Ukraine's National Police. The value of the gear is $500,000. The equipment will be used for new base stations in the Sumy region.

National Police chief Serhiy Kniazev said thanks to the support of the Japanese government they will be able to launch a digital secure radio communication system for the Sumy region police.
