KYIV, Dec 5 - Mykolaiv Shipbuilding Plant Okean is working out a program of cooperation with European investors to organize building full-set large-capacity vessels at the facilities of the enterprise, the new owner of the shipyard, owner of Annona Trading House (Mykolaiv) Ihor Voloshin has said in an interview with the publication "Ship Repair and Shipbuilding."

"Our strategic task is complete shipbuilding ... We expect to do this, in particular, with the help of our European partners, who are considering the possibility of very significant, up to a billion, not hryvnias, investments ... They are from Scandinavia, but for obvious reasons I cannot name them," he said, noting "it is now important to overcome the negative background that has accompanied Okean plant for many years.
