KYIV, Dec 4 — Half of Ukrainians are not ready to get involved in the governance of their towns, with one-third of them being ready, a poll conducted by the sociological service of the Razumkov Center has revealed.
In particular, respondents were asked whether they would be ready to get involved in governing their settlements (cities/towns/villages). 50% responded with a no, 29.8% said they were ready, and 20.2% found it difficult to answer.
