MOSCOW, Nov 13 – The benchmark rate of the yield of Naftogaz Ukraine’s five-year dollar-denominated loan participation notes (LPN) is about 10.9%, a source in the banking sector told Interfax.

The company has held a number of roadshows with investors in the United States and the United Kingdom, namely in London, since November 5.

The LPN placement is being organized by Citi and Deutsche Bank.
