KYIV, Nov 9 – European Commissioner for European Neighborhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations Johannes Hahn has voiced his disappointment at the lack of progress in the implementation by Ukraine of the conditions required for receiving 50 million euros from the EU as part of the Reform Contract for Investment.
"I don't want to hide my disappointment at the Reform Contract for Investment, which was about providing 50 million euros in aid… I regret to say it but only one condition has been met. We could use 10 million but the other 40 million would be lost. Of course, this is not what can make us happy," Hahn said during his meeting with Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman in Kyiv on November 9.
