KYIV, Nov 8 - President of Energoatom Yuriy Nedashkovsky does not see serious risks with providing nuclear power plants of Ukraine with nuclear fuel due to including Skhidny (Eastern) Ore Mining and Processing Plant (VostGOK) in the list of companies on which the Russian government imposed sanctions.
"We are now studying this issue together with TVEL. We do not see any risks beforehand," he told Interfax-Ukraine.
He noted that the sanctions imposed by the Russian Federation against Ukrainian enterprises were applied to exports from Ukraine, while products imported from Russia were not affected.
