KYIV, Nov 5 – British Salic UK Ltd. (the subsidiary of The Saudi Agricultural&Livestock Investment Co., SALIC) and Mriya Farming Plc have finished the sale and purchase of most of agricultural assets of the Mriya Group, the press service of the agricultural holding has reported.

According to the press service, the deal includes all infrastructure facilities, machinery, and companies holding land lease agreements.

The sum and conditions of the deal are not disclosed.
