KYIV, Oct 17 – Ukraine’s defense sector will seek to expand cooperation with the U.S. to develop new aircraft, armored vehicles and naval ships, Pavlo Bukin, the head of Ukroboronprom, said.

According to him, the Ukrainian delegation that is currently paying a visit to Washington, has held negotiations with the U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Department of Commerce, and the U.S. Department of State to discuss the ways to broaden bilateral Ukrainian-U.S. military and defense cooperation, as well as industrial cooperation in the area of defense.
