KYIV, Oct 10 – The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has approved the new BankID regulations.
According to a posting on the website of the central bank, the document was approved by NBU resolution No. 105 dated October 3, 2018 amending some legal acts of the NBU. The resolution will take effect on November 5, 2018.
The regulations define the conditions and procedure for connecting, stopping the use and resuming the operation of the BankID system subscribers, as well as the procedure for using this system for subscribers and users (individuals), the procedure for passing remote identification of individuals, the procedure for transmitting identification data in the BankID system, requirements to the protection of information in the system and the organizational structure of the BankID system.
