KYIV, Oct 3 - The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) has received an economic response about the groundlessness of using the Rotterdam+ formula, another examination will still be carried out, on the basis of which a final decision will be made, director of the bureau Artem Sytnyk said.
"As for this case ... we've recently received an economic report from specialists that Rotterdam+ was indeed unreasonably applied. The amount of illegally recovered, funds actually received as a result of the unjustified use of this formula was established. This amount stands at UAH 15 billion," Sytnyk said at a meeting of the parliamentary committee on corruption prevention and counteraction.
