KYIV, Sept 26 – The lack of financial support from international donors may considerably complicate the refinancing of over $6.1 billion in state debt maturing in 2019, according to the Finance Ministry.

The Finance Ministry listed this challenge among others in its report on fiscal risks and their potential impact on the national budget in 2019.

The ministry recalls that in 2019 the country is to pay UAH 396.3 billion, which is almost $13.5 billion at the forex rate stipulated in the national budget.
