KYIV, Sept 17 – The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has signed a memorandum with national energy company Ukrenergo and private joint-stock company Ukrhydroenergo to counter cyber threats and develop effective cybersecurity system in the state.

"The document should ensure the exchange of information with the SBU on cyber threats with the use of the MISP-UA platform with strategically important enterprises in the energy sector of Ukraine... This inter-agency cooperation will facilitate an effective response from the Ukrainian special services to cyber attacks, primarily, with a high degree of complexity," the SBU's press center said on Sunday.
