KYIV, Aug 7 – The reason of increasing prices of fuel in early August may be weakening of the hryvnia, according to experts of A-95 consulting group.
"In the beginning of August, half of the filling stations networks in Ukraine increased the price of fuel by some 50 kopecks per liter. Synchronization of prices with the new levels in the remaining networks is expected in the near future... The reason for the price increase is the weakening of the hryvnia to the major currencies," the A -95 group said.
