KYIV, Aug 2 – Reconstruction of old housing in Ukraine could start in three or four years after the adoption of specific legislation, Deputy Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities Economy Minister of Ukraine Lev Partskhaladze said.
"We hope to endorse the bill [on the reconstruction of obsolete housing] at the Cabinet of Ministers by the end of the year and transfer it to deputies to the Verkhovna Rada Committee. It will also take another two to three years to start the project," he said at a roundtable in Kyiv on Wednesday.
