KYIV, July 30 – The National Commission for Energy and Housing Utilities Services Regulation (NCER) has postponed the switch to daily gas balancing for two months, until October 1, 2018.

The decision was made by the regulator last week.

The commission also decided to fine PJSC Ukrtransgaz UAH 850,000 for some violations resulted in the failure to switch to daily gas balancing from August 1, 2018.
