KYIV, July 12 - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has signed a contract with the firm Covington & Burling LLP (U.S.) for legal advice and representation in suits against the Russian Federation.

According to a report in the ProZorro system, the value of the service contract concluded on July 10 was $6.66 million (excluding VAT).
