KYIV, July 10 – Talks between Ukraine and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) on the completion of the fourth review of the Extended Fund Facility (EFF) program are likely to be slated for autumn, according to investment analysts.
"As the [Verkhovna] Rada has only one week to revise the appeal procedure in the anti-corruption court legislation, we see the risk that the negotiation over the IMF EFF fourth review will drag into September, when the parliament and the IMF are back from summer recess," Morgan Stanley said in its review.
