KYIV, June 7 – ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih employees insist on continuation of efforts at conciliation irrespective of rulings of Kyiv's district administrative court in a claim of the enterprise's administration regarding a ban of the National Mediation and Conciliation Service (NMCS) and other authorities to hold talks and make decisions in a collective labor dispute between employees and the employer.
According to a posting on the website of the primary trade union organization of workers of ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih, on June 5, 2018, Kyiv's district administrative court heard a claim of the administration against the NMCS seeking to challenge its resolution issued on April 6, 2018 on the registration of the collective labor dispute.
