KYIV, June 1 – The district administrative court of Kyiv has banned the National Mediation and Conciliation Service (NMCS), other agencies and individuals to hold talks and make decisions in a collective labor dispute between employees and employer ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih.
"According to the administration of the enterprise, on May 23, the district administrative court of Kyiv denied the National Mediation and Conciliation Service, its branch in Dnipropetrovsk region, other agencies and individuals to negotiate, carry out other actions and take decisions in a collective labor dispute registered in NMCS order No. 118- r dated April 6, 2018," the primary trade union organization of workers of ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih reported on its website.
