KYIV, May 15 - Transit of natural gas through Ukraine has recovered to 240 million cubic meters (mcm) per day after the reduction in the beginning of May by one-fifth due to the scheduled repairs of the gas pipelines of PJSC Ukrtransgaz, according to data from the operator of the Ukrainian gas transportation system (GTS).
On May 1 transit through the country's gas transportation system amounted to 245 million cubic meters, on May 2-6 it fell to 188 million cubic meters a day. The average transit indicator on May 7-12 increased to 236 million cubic meters per day.
