KYIV, May 10 - Ukraine will seek to prevent Russia from using the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline project as an element of a hybrid war both against Kyiv and against Europe, President Petro Poroshenko said.

"We will do everything in order to convey an objective picture and prevent Russia from using Nord Stream as an element of a hybrid war against not only Ukraine, but also against the whole of Europe," Poroshenko told reporters after a meeting with German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Emmanuel Macron in Aachen, Germany, on Thursday.
