KIEV, June 7 - Rinat Akhmetov, Ukraine??™s wealthiest businessman, moved to consolidate his mining and steel making assets to create the largest privately-owned company in the country with an estimated capitalization of about $15 billion.

Metinvest, as the company is known, will have $10 billion in annual revenue, dwarfing its nearest steel sector competitor, Mittal Steel Kryviy Rih, whose revenue was reported at $1.2 billion in 2005.
