KYIV, April 13 - A new European plan for Ukraine, dubbed as a Marshall plan for Ukraine, is already seeing preliminary stages of implementation, former Prime Minister of Lithuania and incumbent Member of Parliament of Lithuania (the Seimas) Andrius Kubilius has said, yet noting that Ukraine is facing a challenge related with the possibility of using the investment it has already received.
"After a year of different debates in different capitals of the world, we see quite significant progress. We can say that in certain spheres the Marshall plan for Ukraine has already been seeing preliminary stages of implementation," Kubilius said at the 11th Kyiv Security Forum on Friday.
