KYIV, April 4 – The restriction of imports of fuel via the introduction of duties and quotas would result in monopolization of the Ukrainian market, the Ukrainian Oil & Gas Association has said.

"The association calls on members of the interagency commission for international trade not to allow monopolization of the Ukrainian fuel market. Largest wholesale and retail fuel suppliers that are members of the association are confident that these consequences will be on the market if the demands of Ukrtatnafta are met," the association said in a statement published by its press service.
