KYIV, March 2 - The Ministry of Justice has formed a group that will seek to launch action to recover a UAH 172 billion (about $6 billion) fine from Gazprom imposed by the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMC) in foreign jurisdictions, Justice Minister Pavlo Petrenko said.

"There are many jurisdictions that can be used given the fact Ukraine has legal aid contracts," he told Interfax-Ukraine on the sidelines of the Dragon Capital investment forum in Kyiv.

At the same time, the minister refused to name them at this stage of the process.
