KYIV, Feb. 25 - Ukraine increased to maximum capacity natural gas withdrawals from its underground gas storage facilities following a spell of freezing weather, an official said Sunday.

The withdrawals rose 7% on the week to 101 million cubic meters per day for the first time this year after the weather had deteriorated, Maksym Biliavskiy, an aide to Energy and Coal Industry Minister Ihor Nasalyk said.
