KYIV, Feb. 23 - The Ukrainian government on Friday released the names of 10 European energy companies that are seeking to win the right to manage the country’s massive natural gas pipeline network.

Eustream of Slovakia, Snam of Italy, Gasunie of the Netherlands, GRTgaz of France, Reganosa of Spain, Verbunddnelz Gaz AG of Germany, Fluxys of Belgium and Transgaz of Romania are on the list, the government said.
