KYIV, Feb 20 – The Prosecutor General submitted motion to Parliament seeking its consent to detain and arrest Yevhen Bakulin, an opposition lawmaker, Parliamentary Speaker Andriy Parubiy said.

Bakulin led the national energy company Naftogaz Ukrayiny for years during former President Viktor Yanukovych and is investigated for massive embezzlements.
